Proxies for iGaming affiliates: a complete guide
Which proxy services are neutral on casino/betting, how to dodge KYC blocks, how to work with rare geos (SI, NZ, HU) and pick a stack for cloak campaigns.
The KYC problem at major providers
The largest proxy services (Bright Data, Oxylabs, NetNut) run formal KYC at signup — DPA, use-case description, sometimes video verification for enterprise plans. In 90% of cases mentioning iGaming gets you a flat refusal or a ban after payment.
The reason is compliance: these companies sell big contracts to Fortune 500 and a scandal involving an affiliate customer is a business risk.
The workaround is signing up via a legal entity with a neutral use-case description ("market research", "competitive monitoring"). It works, but it's risky — at deeper review the account can be banned and a refund is nearly impossible.
Tolerant providers for iGaming
Services we know to be neutral on iGaming use-cases (based on testing and direct conversations with their support):
- SOAX — 24h sticky, great EU and small-market coverage. $1.99 trial.
- Decodo — 99.5% success rate, 14-day trial, lenient KYC.
- IPRoyal — traffic doesn't expire, cheap.
- ProxyEmpire — frequent -50% promos. iGaming explicitly OK.
- DataImpulse — cheapest residential ($1/GB), neutral.
- AstroProxy — RU/UA team, $3 free credit.
- iProxy.online — mobile farmer marketplace, unlimited.
- MobileProxy.Space — stable EU + Turkey.
- Proxy-Seller — old-school, dedicated mobile ports.
Rare geos for affiliate work
iGaming often needs rare geos for landing-page testing and cloaking campaigns. What actually works:
| Country | Mobile | Residential |
|---|---|---|
| 🇸🇮 Slovenia | 3gproxy.com (Telekom Slovenije) | SOAX, IPRoyal, MarsProxies |
| 🇳🇿 New Zealand | Very limited, fall back to residential | Bright Data, SOAX, NetNut |
| 🇭🇺 Hungary | OnlineProxy.io, MobileProxy.Space | SOAX, Decodo, IPRoyal |
| 🇵🇹 Portugal | OnlineProxy.io, iProxy marketplace | SOAX, IPRoyal, MarsProxies |
| 🇮🇸 Iceland | Almost none | Bright Data (limited), SOAX |
Mobile vs residential for iGaming
General rule: for authenticated workflows (logging into a bookmaker, account farming) — mobile dedicated. For landing-page checks, geo-targeted ad verification, cloaking campaigns — residential rotating.
Mobile dedicated costs more ($25-45/month per port) but offers a unique advantage: a persistent IP backed by a real SIM. Bookmakers practically don't ban such IPs because that would block real subscribers.
For iGaming residential is best when you need many geos and rotation. SOAX and Decodo offer the cleanest pool for this segment.
Paying in crypto
Most tolerant providers accept USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20):
- SOAX, Decodo, IPRoyal, ProxyEmpire — direct integration
- Bright Data, Oxylabs — through NowPayments (~5% mark-up)
- iProxy.online, MobileProxy.Space, AstroProxy — direct crypto checkout, no mark-up
For affiliate marketers crypto is the optimal route: fast payments, no card-issuer blocks, no FX losses.
Stack for cloak campaigns
The classic scheme: a white page is shown to moderators and verifying bots; the black page (the offer) is shown to real users from the target geo.
To run a cloak service (Adspect, Keitaro Cloak, IMKlo) you need two things:
- Clean IPs in the target geo — so real users see the offer (mobile or residential rotating)
- "Bot's-eye" testing — to confirm the white page is served on datacenter IPs, which is what moderators usually use (Webshare, Rayobyte)
Don't forget proper User-Agent and fingerprint setup — a clean IP won't save you if clientHints expose Linux/Headless Chrome.
Before launching a campaign, always test from a separate browser through the same provider and the same geo as your target users. If your white page renders incorrectly there, the cloak logic is broken.
