The post-Brexit UK is its own jurisdiction
Since 2021 the UK has stepped out from under EU GDPR and adopted UK GDPR (effectively identical, but a separate regime). The ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) is the British DPA in place of EU DPAs.
What this means for you as a scraper: if you process UK-residents data, you need a separate UK GDPR posture, which is nearly identical to the EU one. Most providers (Bright Data, Oxylabs) already cover this in their DPA templates.
