Mobile proxies (4G/5G)
Mobile proxies through real SIM cards from carriers. The hardest to detect — thousands of real users sit behind one IP via carrier-grade NAT. Top pick for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Ads.
Mobile proxies cost 3-5× more than residential, but it's worth it for use-cases with aggressive anti-fraud — social, banking, bookmakers practically don't ban mobile IPs because that would block millions of real users.

How mobile proxies work
Mobile proxies use real SIM cards from mobile carriers — Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine, T-Mobile, AT&T, Vodafone EU and so on. Each SIM is in a 4G/5G modem at a proxy farm, and your traffic goes through that SIM the same way an ordinary subscriber's traffic does.
The key advantage is carrier-grade NAT (CGN): the carrier hands one public IP to hundreds or thousands of subscribers. Banning your mobile IP = banning a thousand real users. Anti-bot systems don't do that.
Pool-based vs dedicated architectures
There are two fundamentally different approaches:
Pool-based (like residential)
The provider runs hundreds or thousands of modems across regions. You pay per GB and your requests rotate between modems. Examples: SOAX, ProxyEmpire, NetNut Mobile.
Pros: IP variety, accurate geo down to the city.
Cons: more expensive ($5-15/GB), no control over a specific IP.
Dedicated port (go-proxy style)
You rent a specific port with a specific SIM by the month. Unlimited traffic, stable IP, rotation through a URL/Telegram bot. Examples: iProxy.online, MobileProxy.Space, LTESpace, 3gproxy.
Pros: $25-45/month unlimited, full control.
Cons: one IP at a time, limited geo (only where farms exist).
When the premium is justified
Mobile proxies cost 3-5× more than residential. That's worth paying only in specific use-cases:
- Multi-account on Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok — anti-fraud is harshest there; residential often falls over.
- Bookmakers and casinos — most major sites run enterprise-grade bot detection.
- Banking dashboards — to keep the bank from triggering 3DS step-up auth.
- Marketplaces with aggressive rate-limit — eBay, Etsy at high volume.
- Full-cycle anti-detect flows — creation → warm-up → monetisation.
For ordinary e-commerce scraping, SERP monitoring or real estate, mobile is overkill. Use residential.
