Proxy-Seller overview
Old-school provider with a generalist catalog. Strong on residential and mobile ports for CIS teams.
Pros and cons
+ Strengths
- One of the oldest names on the market
- Mobile ports with link-rotation
- Pay per IP — no monthly commitment
− Limitations
- Archaic interface
- Weak coverage of rare geos
Good fit for: cheap static addresses held for months, from scraping to account work; teams that need a VAT invoice.
Not for: irregular residential use: traffic packages are valid for 30 days and then expire.
What it is
Proxy-Seller has been selling proxies since 2014 and covers almost every type. The core of the range is private IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, each paid for over a period you choose. Alongside them are ISP proxies, residential traffic (the provider claims 47M+ addresses) and mobile ports that rotate the IP every 5 or 30 minutes, or on a link.
Pricing and terms (October 2026)
- IPv4: $0.90 for a single address, from $0.49 per IP on larger orders.
- IPv6: $0.08 per address, from $0.02 at volume.
- Residential: $3.50 for 1 GB, from $1.45/GB on larger plans; traffic is valid for 30 days. Trial: 3 days for $1.99.
- Mobile: shared access from $10 per IP with a one-week minimum; a dedicated port costs more. There is no standard trial on mobile.
- Payment: card, PayPal, crypto; companies can get invoices with VAT.
Worth knowing
Refunds are only possible in a short window after purchase (24 to 72 hours depending on the product) and once support has confirmed the problem. Unlike MarsProxies or IPRoyal, residential traffic expires after 30 days, so buy a package for a specific job. Prices differ slightly between pages on the site; the cart calculator shows the final amount.
Who should buy it
Proxy-Seller is at its best with static addresses: one IPv4 per account, an IPv6 pool for services that support it, ISP addresses for marketplaces. For residential rotation at volume, specialists such as Decodo or DataImpulse work out cheaper.
